La Taverna del Clínic was named the restaurant with the best wine list in Barcelona (Cartaví Award 2015). With over 600 references, it has wines from Catalonia, all over Spain, but also around the world: France, Italy, South Africa, Argentina, Chile, etc. After the tablet with the list, diners are advised by Manu Simôes, sommelier and head waiter at La Taverna. It also has the distinction of being named a Champagne Restaurant, offering up to 80 references of different champagnes, in addition to cavas, sparking wines, rosés, sweet wines, etc. La Taverna del Clínic’s cellar is, upon sight, a fantasy for any true wine lover.

As well as sommelier, Manuel Simôes is the head waiter, a real perfectionist taking care of every little detail, and ensuring diners enjoy the experience and feel at home.
